Compassion is a very important aspect of mindfulness. When you express compassion for other people you are showing them you care about their feelings and are helping them through what may be a very tough time. Being compassionate also means listening to others with an open mind and little judgement. In order to be fully compassionate you must also practice empathy, especially for those you may not be as fond of. By being compassionate toward all people you will feel more happiness in your life and less hatred.
