Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the most well-known figures in the mindfulness movement as well as across the globe. In order to develop peace in ourselves, as well as in the world, Nhat Hanh explains that mindfulness is the instrument we must use in order to do so. Being mindful allows you to stay in the present moment and live happily, which is what Nhat Hanh specifically says will lead us to peace.
